Authorization to Charge
By submitting payment through this page, you authorize Accrue Global Services to process the payment amount you enter for the invoice referenced. Please confirm your invoice number and amount are correct before submitting — Accrue is not responsible for payments submitted against an incorrect invoice reference.
Processing & Fees
Online card payments are processed through Square, a third-party payment processor. All invoice amounts issued by Accrue already account for applicable payment processing costs — the amount stated on your invoice is the exact amount to pay. Nothing further will be added at checkout, and Accrue does not apply a separate surcharge on top of your invoice total. Funds are typically available and your payment is confirmed within 1–2 business days.
Confirmation
You will receive an automatic email confirmation once your payment is successfully processed. If you do not receive confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam folder before contacting us — do not resubmit payment without confirming first.
Refunds & Disputes
If you believe a payment was made in error or you have a billing dispute, contact us directly at dominic.h@accrueglobal.services or +1 (347) 594-4814 before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We're able to resolve most billing questions directly and faster than a formal dispute process.
Data & Security
Accrue does not store or have access to your card number. All card data is transmitted directly to and processed by Square under their own security and PCI-compliance standards. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle information collected through this Site.
